  • Festival opening hours

The festival is open from December 27 to 30, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

  • Does the ticket include all activities?

All activities are included with the wristband. The only additional costs are with exhibitors and food at La Drave Sportive restaurant. (Even the rides!)

  • Do I need to print my tickets?

No. You can present your tickets directly on your mobile device.

  • Can I exchange a ticket?

No exchanges or refunds after the date has passed. By contacting us in advance, an exchange may be possible for an equivalent value.

  • Can the adult wristband be shared?

No. Each adult must have their own wristband. Proof of purchase may be required.

  • Can we bring a lunch?

Yes, you can bring your lunch and consume it in the designated area.

  • Is there a locker room?

Yes, several locker rooms are available for your winter clothing.

  • Are strollers allowed?

Yes, strollers are allowed on the festival grounds. The site is accessible by elevator. However, there is no dedicated storage area available.

  • Is there a space for babies?

A baby area is available, equipped with a changing table. Breastfeeding is permitted anywhere on site, but a private area is also available if you prefer.

  • Are the activities suitable for everyone?

You’ll find activities for both kids and adults alike!

  • Is there free skating?

No, free skating is not offered this year.

  • Can we wear sneakers?

No. On the grounds and in the structures, only socks are allowed.

  • Can children move around on their own?

No. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. An adult wristband is required.

  • How do I become a vendor?

Visit the “Sponsors and Booths” page on our website to submit your application.
